Your Personalized Fitness Blueprint

The BodyWise Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation designed to uncover the unique story of your body. This session is tailored to identify your strengths, limitations, and movement patterns, providing a foundation for personalized fitness and wellness plans.

What You’ll Be Assessed For:

  • Mobility: We evaluate your joints’ range of motion to ensure they can comfortably achieve necessary positions for optimal movement.

  • Stability: We assess your ability to control motion in unstable environments, focusing on how well your muscles and joints support you during dynamic activities.

  • Function: This involves testing your joints and muscles for coordinated movements, ensuring you can perform with control and efficiency.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Feet and Ankles: Stability and alignment to support your base.

  • Hips: Balance between mobility and stability, addressing asymmetries.

  • Shoulders and Spine: Scapular stability and spinal mobility to enhance posture and reduce tension.

This assessment goes beyond the surface to address areas that may cause discomfort or limit your potential.

1-on-1 BodyWise Training

These 60-minute one-on-one sessions are initially informed by the BodyWise Assessment report with the intention of reprogramming movement patterns and restoring posture through the lens of yoga, pilates, and targeted strength training. They also serve as a continuation of our collaborative work in uncovering and connecting to the many layers of your body’s unique and ever-evolving story.
