Bodywise Assessment

The BodyWise Assessment & Training methodology was born out of a deep reverence for the human body and respect for the highly individualized experience each being can claim as a human body operator. We thoroughly honor the inherently asymmetrical design of the human form and recognize that finding balance through asymmetries is a lifelong endeavor that requires a continuous conscious effort to connect to the ever-evolving stories of our bodies.

1-on-1 BodyWise Training

These 60-minute one-on-one sessions are initially informed by the BodyWise Assessment report with the intention of reprogramming movement patterns and restoring posture through the lens of yoga, pilates, and targeted strength training. They also serve as a continuation of our collaborative work in uncovering and connecting to the many layers of your body’s unique and ever-evolving story.
