BKY Level 1: BASE CAMP
This yoga, Pilates, and functional mobility-inspired class is designed to capture the invigorating energy of starting a hike up a mountain. Here, you'll establish your breath rhythm, align your body, and connect the two seamlessly. You'll build momentum, strength, and a solid foundation that will support the rest of your yoga journey. This class isn't just for beginners; it's perfect for anyone looking to reset their pace and strengthen their practice from the ground up.
In this class, the instructor will pay meticulous attention to detail, offering clear verbal alignment cues and a variety of modifications. This approach ensures that all participants, regardless of their body type or experience level, can feel confident, meet themselves where they are, and build their practice effectively.

BKY Level 2: THE ASCENT
Elevate your practice with this BKY class, perfect for those who have mastered the BKY Level 1: BASE CAMP and are ready to advance. In this dynamic yoga, Pilates, and functional mobility-inspired session, you'll experience a faster pace with a wide range of new shapes and transitions. We'll delve into arm balances, inversions, and backbends not covered in Level 1.
The instructor will maintain a keen focus on alignment cues and provide numerous options to accommodate different bodies and skill levels.

BKY Level 3: THE SUMMIT
Embark on the ultimate journey with our most advanced class. Just as reaching the summit of a mountain represents the pinnacle of your journey, this class is designed for advanced practitioners ready to push their limits.
Let's have FUN together! The instructor will practice most of the class alongside you, guiding you through each movement and shape. Expect loud music, high energy, and an exhilarating atmosphere. To ensure you're prepared for this peak experience, we recommend completing our Level 1: BASE CAMP and Level 2: THE ASCENT classes first. Join us and conquer THE SUMMIT!

BKY Reiki-Infused Restorative
Soften the butter of your body, mind, and sprit—melt away tension and rejuvenate from within with this hour-long restorative yoga session infused with Reiki healing. Restorative yoga is a slow and restful practice, where you'll ease into 4-5 poses throughout the hour, using plenty of cushions and blankets for optimal comfort. As you hold each pose, Reiki master BK will move around the room, providing mini hands-on healing sessions to support and enhance your practice.

Shake the etch-a-sketch of your mind clear with our midweek meditation check-in. No equipment is necessary—just come as you are and be guided through a 30-minute meditation session. You'll learn new tools and skills to incorporate into your solo practice.

BKY Reiki-Infused Yin
Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that invites you to hold supported postures for an extended time, typically 3–5 minutes per pose. This approach encourages the release of tension in both the body and mind, fostering a sense of deep calm and relaxation. The extended holds work to improve joint mobility and gently stretch the connective tissues, including fascia. Our instructors guide each student to find their personal depth in a safe and supportive way, ensuring a practice that feels right for everyone.
